PREPARATION FOR DECKING WPC INSTALLATION

1. Make sure the location of installation is ready
2. The location is clean, no leftover junk from the previous work.
3. The location is sterile, no other work activities, and no passing on the job site.

SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT

• Circular saw
• Electric drilling machine
• Concrete drilling machine
• Hammer
• Gloves
• Roll Up Tape Measure

DECKING WPC INSTALLATION STEPS

1. Put joist above the concrete pads
2. Give 10 mm distance from the base of the joist (not to be attached directly to the wall)
3. The distance between the joist is 350 mm (center to center)
4. Joist drill to penetrate into the concrete pads
5. Enter the fischer into the hole made earlier
6. Put the joist above the concrete pads
7. Install the screw until the joist is firmly placed on concrete pads
8. Make sure the joist mounted a strong, rigid, and not rocking
9. Place the plank decking joist WPC above the transverse position
10. Place the next plank decking WPC, and put plastic clip and insert it into the space between the 2 WPC decking boards. The amount of plastic clip is equal to the amount of joist
11. Screw plastic clip until it clicks into joist decking boards
12. Do the same thing until all decking WPC installed

MAINTENANCE OF WOOD PLASTIC COMPOSITE

PLEASE PREPARE :

1. Bucket

2. Clean water 5 liter

3. Detergent 5 gram

4. Coorse sponge

 

How to maintenance WPC :

1. Mix and strining water and detergent in the bucket

2. Put the coorse sponge into the water

3. Wash and sweep the surface of wpc with coorse sponge to remaedirt and grime
